This turtle plaque is one of my earlier designs that’s been as popular today as it was back in 2005 when I initially design it. My elegant hand sculpted wall art is made on the island of Maui, Hawaii, in my studio “Ceramic Designs by Albert”. This particular single panel piece is entitled "Maui Honu”, Honu is the Hawaii word for turtle. The design is a relief design giving it a distinctive 3D appearance.
