Inspired by the daily sunrises I enjoy with my morning coffee, I decided to take an acrylic painting class to help fill up my free time. I was a little nervous because the last time I painted was in design school back in the 70’s. Unfortunately, the class was cut short by Covid, but it was just enough to spark a new passion for painting.
Most of my paintings are spontaneous. I love expressive brush strokes and try to capture fleeting moments from my memory and imagination.
I also enjoy traveling, and have become obsessed with taking pictures of door knockers every chance I get.
