I grew up in Kansas and moved to Arkansas when I was 9, after a nasty divorce with my parents. I found mosaic during the worst broken heart of my life. I think it was the essence of taking something broken and turning it into something beautiful that really called to me. I've completed 31 pieces in 13 years.
In the last 2 years I've picked up a fascination with driftwood. A trees beauty becomes more evident and solidarity long after it loses its life. I suppose in a way it speaks to me. I have done sculptures, lighting, bamboo wind chimes, dream catchers, and even a few wicked magic wands. I love being out in nature, and am grateful for all the beauty we have been given as a place to call home.
Photography has always been a passion of mine, and I'm slowly starting to share a few prints. I hope you enjoy.
All of my pieces have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected of all critters.
Whether it be a mosaic or Driftwood piece, please do not hesitate to challenge me with a request. Thanks for visiting. Chao!
