As an artist striving to make an ordinary scene or object interesting, colorful, and exciting is the aspect of painting that I enjoy. I am intrigued by shadows, light patterns and color. I am challenged to capture the essence of a scene that has left an everlasting impression on me. I enjoy painting colorful landscapes, beautiful flowers, and nature. I find great satisfaction in being able to have time to paint the beauty around me.

I have taken various classes and enjoy learning from different artists. My paintings are displayed in the Red Dog Gallery in Winston-Salem,NC, and Art o Mat machines around the country.
