One argument for allowing new extension to old Jugend-classicistic theatre building was that after getting bombed in WW2 the very original appearance of the opera house was not restored. Thus the hook in lady's arm. Does this give a reason for fusion with any monster?
I really hope reasonable decision will be made about this historical building
