This red and black necklace is a gorgeous piece. The blood red color in the poppy jasper stone pops when it is paired with a handwoven bezel of hematite glass seed beads. The metallic look is continued into the fringe where I add Black Diamond Satin Swarovski crystals, black fire-polished crystals and a hematite teardrop stone. Poppy jasper necklace is finished with a strand of seed bead and crystal necklace with a pretty pewter (zinc) clasp. Makes a beautiful sophisticated necklace but I also think it would make a great gothic necklace as well.
