When I started drawing this piece I was sitting in a cafe in Salem MA, watching fellow tourists swarm over the streets in the autumn air and considering how much fun it would be to live there year round. I could totally tap into the history tours and art market around there. Also, to the waitress at the cafe, thank you for the vote of confidence with how this piece was looking before photoshop.
