This Grey colt has a real mild way about him. The day I met him he was just getting over a tummy bug and he was a little fragile which was something I was very aware of all the while I was painting him. I felt he had that give me a hug expression about him and perhaps it has come across in this painting. He is a real beaut with a gentleness about him and again I must say I was very happy with the way this painting has him, it makes me smile every time I look at it and its like it takes me back to that day and it was a good day.
