Truly unique take on mosaic art. This creation is composed from the careful cutting and arranging of old, repurposed computer keys to create the delicate features of a woman's face.

This work depicts a woman in profile. The simple black and white color scheme takes on a completely unexpected element upon closer inspection, when the viewer discovers that the image has been constructed from over 1000 black and white computer keys, many hand cut down to tiny slivers to capture the details of the face and hair.

The mosaic represents countless hours of work. The keyboards are first collected, cleaned and disassembled before the individual keys are adhered to a wood surface and cut keys are precisely shaved down with a hand or electric saw.
