This cuff is a solid brass cuff that is one size fits all. Squeeze it tight for a small wrist and stretch it for a bigger one. It is adorned with pieces from a 1940's micro mosaic frame from Venice Italy. The frame was purchased at an estate sale in Atlanta, Georgia and the family told me it belonged to their grandmother named Lola who was born and raised in Venice Italy!
