Painting on location is exciting!
I love the outdoors, especially Presque Isle State Park in “all” seasons.

There are so many varied shapes, rhythms, and nuances to be found in the trees, flowers, shoreline, and skyline at the Presque Isle Peninsula. These elements are exciting and delightful. Finding the various compositions within this variety of values
and colors is a joy to be experienced. Portraying them in my unique way is my mission, my pleasure, and my responsibility as an artist.
