This vibrant, and eclectic, acrylic spray painted piece, comes to life with a layering affect. This affect lends to, it's almost dancing movement. The canvas was repurposed, the paint mediums were sourced through donations or second hand. (Half used or more and headed to the local landfill) The core design shape of the fan, was created using a plastic stencil, which I fashioned myself, from a industrial grade plastic. I sourced the sheet of plastic from an old desktop monitor that was deconstructed for parts.
I really did not have any creative plan or design in mind, when I created this work. However, sometimes that is the best application to employ.
