Original title: Sourdough Bread with Butter. Welsh Onion and Radishes

Delicious crispy sourdough bread hand made by Hans Gerlach with fresh welsh onion and radishes from my garden captured with the historical collodion wet plate process from 1851

This original handmade tintype is part of a wonderful food photography collaboration between Hans Gerlach (a well known food photographer and columnist) and Markus Hofstätter (a wet plate portrait artist).

Original format: 18x24cm aluminum tintype (alumitype)

Print details: This wonderful shallow depth of field artwork includes lots of details (16000 pix on the long side) and feature a beautiful bokeh from a Dallmeyer 2b Petzval design lens. With so many details and wet plate typical artefacts this will look great on big prints.
