This cute little set of salt and pepper shakers sit on a ceramic heart shaped tray decorated in red and white dragonflies.
Each shaker is about 2 1/2 " tall and 2" wide at the bottom. The tray measures about 5" on its wider side.

The salt or pepper comes out through a hole underneath. You turn it over to fill it with salt or pepper. Turn back in upright position. The content won't spill unless you shake it in an UP-AND-DOWN motion (NOT left to right).

I won't recommend to wash or rinse them under running water, no need for that. It can easily be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
