My paintings have all been created this year by myself . They are based on places I’ve lived while working as a travel nurse. I stopped working as a nurse this year related to my own chronic illness and the risk of the Corona virus. I do my traveling now in my mind and paint from memory. I visit places through the paint, for now at least.

This painting is based on the beautiful beaches of the Bahamas and their mesmerizing turquoise depths.

Textured and shaded with multiple coats of paint for wonderful depth and dimension.

Sides are kept white or a neutral tone.

All paintings prepped with Gesso and finished with sealant to protect from UV damage, dust, etc
