Shortly after sunset, people started packing up from the lake, heading out to a restaurant or heading home. People had fed ducks (even though experts recommend not doing it), played in the sand, strolled around, and most people thought it was time to go. This girl understaood, however, that there's a magic hour, just after sunset but before nightfall. So she was scurrying about, taking photos of ducks. At one point, she held her cell phone up so that it matched a beam of light, which I think was coming from a reflection of the lights on the city pier. It almost looks like she's trying to beam herself up.
