As soon as Sarah hears the bells of the ham, she runs to the pasture fence. With a swinging derrière she steps from the village farm, fully equipped, to the countryside; the clear sounds of the bells can be heard at every step. She stops by herself at a field with asparagus beds, her work area. She will do the work she was trained for, without murmuring or resisting. Just get started, no fuss. The walkways between the beds are plowed with a planet. The holes in the beds, which are created when the asparagus is put in, can be filled with the loose soil.The farming family depends on Sara's efforts for the field work. Neighboring farmers also make use of her strength and zest for work when their asparagus fields are plowed or young asparagus plants need to be grounded.

When she makes an appearance, no microphonist chants her name in front of the audience. No applause for her performance after fieldwork. A sponsor's name will never be associated with her name.
