This magnificent watercolour painting has been done with basic rural elements with an unknown past. Overall the landscape seems desolated and I have constantly highlighted the farmhouse, backyard, abandoned stables and cartwheels in a different shade to enhance the beauty of the painting.
Please don't forget to appreciate the minor detailings like twigs and branches of the wilderness at the background.
The cloudy atmosphere gives a perfect eerie vibe to the farmhouse. A photo on a classmate branded notebook inspired me to draw this art, when I was young. It seems after many years from now still the image is vivid to my mind.
If you observe closely the farmyard equipments like buckets and casket are present on the cart. Observe the season as the approaching winter since the land is barren and the trees are devoid of leaves. A haunted vibe also comes to effect if the image was in black and white version.
It took one whole week to complete the image and its immense detailing. 🙂
