We know that unprocessed inter-generational trauma is inherited. Healing modalities, academic discourse and indigenous spiritual practices all speak to this. But if we can inherit our parents, grand-parents and ancestors trauma and pain, then what about their ancient wisdom, knowledge and gifts? Are these accessible to us through our bloodlines too?
