This original watercolor painting is inspired by the genesis of the gay rights movement, the Stonewall Uprising, with the calligraphic text at the bottom saying "the first pride was a riot". The galaxy consists of the trans pride colors, blue, pink and white, in a nod to the trans women of color we have to thank for the modern gay rights movement.
