Spring Fiesta In My Backyard - Is an acrylic on canvas piece of artwork that I created from a photograph I took in my backyard of the beautiful fresh green leaves and the bright red Cardinal perched on a tree. Spring is the beginning of the summer when you find all the trees sprouting fresh green leaves and everything around just turning into that eye catching fresh green hue. A season of happiness and bright spirits. As we see more people coming out to enjoy the warmth, even the animals and birds are spotted around in the hills and all over the place. All different types of colorful birds are seen, out of which my favorite is the Cardinal. A bright red bird with with a beautiful red crest and a strong orange beak.
