One of the most romantic, graceful plants that symbolizes the Southeast is Spanish moss; for me, it is also a symbol of true simplicity and trust in God. It thrives and creates ethereal beauty by just clinging to a strong host, and snatching minute nutrients from the air while it sways in the breeze. I believe it has much to teach, if we just observe.
