A tea ceremony - a holy, intimate ceremony of silent contemplation and concentration that unites people in appreciation for the taste of tea, and through this action, the connection with the Divine.
The idea of this painting comes from the Isolation that we suddenly found ourselves in - we are all far away from each other...and still, our current condition demonstraties how closely connected are we with each other, all of humanity.
It is more of an inward process, rather then a common conversation.
Before starting this painting I asked my friends to send me their pictures with just one condition: picture should be done in dark, in the light of a candle, but I did not specify where light should come from.
Therefore, each face of this painting has its own sourse of light, it's own physical and spiritual dimention
