Original 23 1/2 x 28 3/4 inch oil on canvas painting by Tim Howe. This painting is from some of Tim's earlier works in the 1990's - inspired by the landscapes in Europe. Purchased from artist in 1998. Good condition but with scuff on top where the canvas is stretched onto frame. Scuffs would be completely hidden if framed.
