The colorful orca is painted on a primed 1” deep canvas in cream and tan colors for an intentionally bland background. This piece is painted with vibrant purples, turquoises, blues, yellows and many other complimentary colors, which gives the art piece a fun and energetic vibe. I had so much fun painting this color animal.
The Orca Symbol (or Killer Whale) symbolizes family, romance, longevity, harmony, travel, community and protection. Said to protect those who travel away from home, and lead them back when the time comes. The Killer Whales live like wolves and raise each child with care.
