This is a 12" X 12" acrylic fluid art piece. The technique for this piece if called combing. Paint is laid on the canvas in any desired design. With this one the paint was laid in diagonal lines. Once the paint is on the canvas a tonged item, such as a fork or comb, is used to pull paint across the canvas. The result is the picture above. Colors used were: black, gold, white, purple, and lilac.
