ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Lee Shi-Chi (1938-2019, Taiwan) formed the “Modern Graphic Art Association” in 1958. He joined the “Ton Fan Group” in 1963 and later became an important member of the association. In 1959, Lee began to participate in international exhibitions and received numerous international art awards. His varied art forms and style have earned him the title - “Bird of Artistic Variations”.

Lee’s works were inspired by the potential influence of folk, traditional ethnic factors and attractiveness of Western modern art.
