I had fun traveling on land in between the days at sea. And... one such day lead me to this magnificent island Rooster just upland from Captain Cook's Bay. I had never seen such a beautiful rooster... and just had to photograph the heck out of this one! Apparently these roosters are decendants of the very birds that some of the original early explorers brought to the islands.
