6mm watermelon tourmaline beads were combined with Japanese seed beads and beaded pearls to make this attractive one of a kind necklace, which can be worn as a day jewellery as well as in the evening due to its simplicity.

I used Japanese seed beads and few green and purple crystals to make cages to encase 8mm pearls that I rescued from an old necklace. Each of the seven beaded beads is different. The colours of the beaded beads are complementing nicely the natural watermelon beads.

Watermelon tourmaline combines the energies of pink and green tourmaline and is connected to the heart chakra. It works on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels of the heart centre, harmonising all aspects of one's being, bringing forth feelings of calmness and inner peace.
