Wandering around the pages of Quora, I came across an interesting question: "Why can you say that dance is life?".

And read the fantastic answer of a professional dancer Shefali Naidu:
"When I put on music and let my body go with the flow, I enjoy every breath that I take. The beats become my food and the rhythm quenches my thirst.
Every part of my body works together and I go through inner peace.
A day without dance hasn't happened yet( I used to groove to Ek do teen, the Bollywood dance number, when I could barely stand).
Dancing makes me feel alive. Empowered. Carefree. Vivacious. Exhilarated. Bright. Unchained. And beautiful.
It makes me be a better person, it gives me the hope for a better tomorrow and a feeling of attachment and love.
I breathe dance everyday. Dance is most definitely life for me."
