After walking the beach between Indian Rocks and Indian Shores on Florida's Gulf Coast, I saw the dunes with beautiful sea grasses swaying in the breeze. I captured this view in a photograph and couldn't wait to come home and paint it. I love the more natural beaches that offer textures and shapes to the view, besides just sand and water. Painting at this angle made me happy.
