Organic Art by Wadewww.ArtPal.com/wellinger28
Born and raised in the heart of the Rockies I have had a true connection to nature since very early in life. Growing up I remember that I always would escape to nature whenever I needed anything. To laugh, cry, hide, forget, heal, remember, transform, create, and the list goes on. It also gave the opportunity to be in a place where I could observe wild animals and the ways that they survived, dealt with struggle, worked, provided, loved. I developed a life long bond with nature and all she holds.
I had a supportive mother and supportive father who both encouraged me to do what makes me happy and that if I follow my feelings and not my thoughts that I will find bliss. I had horses, dogs, cats, and chickens. I worked with sheep, cattle, and various other livestock in 4-H and with neighbors on their farms.
I used art as a way to escape at times in my youth. My imagination ran wild with thoughts of beautiful places way off in the mountains. Ice blue glacial lakes and rivers over flowing with rainbow trout. My art kept me in nature.
I moved to the busy, busy, non-mountainous area (But still very beautiful) Annapolis, MD area and there after diving into all it had to offer up to a curious young man with a problem with "the sytem" and a passion for spray paint art.... Well after learning the system will catch you, and several years of experiences that gave me plenty of what I call natural highlights or more commonly known as grey hairs. I lived the "city life" and put my art on the back burner. It was full steam ahead to bad choiceville.
Skipping all the boring details of my "city life" and fast forward to age 22. I see it is time I start to listen to the voice inside and follow my gut. I wanted to find and begin my true path in life. The thing that when you do it you know...this is it. All other concerns fall away, money, marketing, health insurance, and all you feel is a drive to do what gives you this feeling. ( then of course reality sets in and health insurance, and money, blah, blah) but you still must follow this drive.
My passion is create pieces of art that bring inspiration, joy, and healing to people and their lives. I use my passion for nature and animals to create pieces of art that bring awareness to animals in need, dog breed ban legislation, etc. To create memorial pieces of pets we've had to send off to the other side and help owners heal and continue the joy the animal brought to their lives even after they are gone.
I want to inspire people to find and follow their passion. Take a stand for the right thing and defend what we as spiritual beings know to be the right thing to do. I am living proof that we can overcome huge obstacles and I made the choice that with my second chance I want to use my talent to do my part and improve the world and support the good
