I studied drawing and painting with Harold Ransom Stevenson and Alma Gallanos at their atelier in Sea Cliff NY in the nineteen eighties. For a few years thereafter I was pretty active and really into large format, tight, realistic pictures. Then life got in the way and I produced very few things. Now, that I have retired - I'm coming back. The first couple of rows of pictures in my gallery are recent, the rest are vintage, including some studio work back to the 1980's. I'm still focused on realism and people and love working from meaningful photos. I'm flipping between pastel and oil, and recently tried acrylic.
I'm anxious to hear your comments and would be happy to entertain a commission;
