Inherited Early Art

www.ArtPal.com/jbaughsr

I inherited this piece from my parents. It hung over the mantle for many many years. I sent it off to a curator to have it authenticated. They said it was an authentic work by Nathaniel Currier before he joined to become Currier & Ives. It is registered as it says on the piece in Nassau New York.
I have never seen the "Winter Scene" and consider it a rarity. The art dealer I sent it to for appraisal, who I will leave nameless, broke/destroyed the frame and sent it back like that when I didn't agree with the low ball price she was trying to get me to accept.
I am having the piece reframed and sealed as it has developed some minor age spots.
I will entertain any reasonable offer providing it is going to a good home. I've loved this picture all my life. Age and monetary insecurity is what is prompting me to sell it.
I also have a "Grandma Moses" original however from what I've seen, she did so many that they do not have alot of value to them. Thank you for looking and any advice would be sincerely appreciated.
