A British artist who came to Paraguay in 2004 for just 2 months to brighten up a children's home with some murals. He's still there now, 12 years and 700 murals later. With his paintings in schools, children's homes, restaurants, town halls and other public walls across the country. It's his passion and it keeps him busy. He has also sold more than 20,000 illustrations worldwide, and his pop art canvases through various galleries in the United States and Europe, and also through his own gallery 'The Gallery' in Carmen Del Paraná, Southern Paraguay.
After art college and a design degree at university, and before Paraguay, he balanced graphic design work with his role as drummer in a band.

With a love of all things Lichtenstein - the striking colors, accessible, familiar imagery and - more importantly - it's ability to bring warmth, life and a sense of fun to any space. It's these attributes James Lee seeks to include in all his pieces.
